This is a homemade tiramisu inspired cake that taste almost as a real tiramisu dessert. It has 2 soft bottoms with fillings between. It is a high cake and if you prefer a lower cake make only on bottom and divide it in two. Use a lot of coffee to soak in the cake bottom so the cake becomes very tasteful and moist.

Ingredient List for 12 servings:

550 ml Whip cream

50 gr Icing sugar

500 gr Mascarpone cheese

100 ml Coffee

3 tablespoons Cacao powder

Oven temperature:
175 degrees Celsius

Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.

Mix half of the sugar and the eggs fluffy.

Melt half the margarine in a casserole.

Pour half the milk in the casserole and let it boil while stirring.

Pour half the milk and half of the margarine mixture in the bowl of sugar and eggs.

Add half of the vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour in the mixture and stir together.

Place a baking sheet in a baking form approx. of 20 x 30 centimeters.
