This recipe is for a delicious strawberry mousse cake. It will be a wonderful dark, sticky bottom, with a refreshing strawberry mousse on top. This cake is not too sweet and it is gives an extra good taste to add some fresh strawberries on top the mousse as decoration. You can replace the strawberries with any berries you like, and it will still be an incredibly good cake.

This is a typical Swedish apple cake. It is a classic cake to make in the autumn when the apples from the garden are ready to be picked. Serving whip cream or vanilla sauce together with the cake make it a bit more luxurious.

This is a traditional cake in Sweden to bake for the midsummer celebration around the 19-20 of June. It is easy to bake, and fun to decorate it with all the strawberries, but hard to resist not eat them while decorating. The cake is even better one day after the preparation, so if you have time prepare it on day before you will serve it. This cake is so tasty it is hard to resist a second piece.

If you have a sweet tooth this is a dessert for you. It has a biscuit bottom, in the middle you find the popular caramel sauce dulce de leche, and the top contains whip cream sprinkled with crumbles of a daim bar. Raspberry on the top gives an extra touch to the dessert. If you don't want to spend 3 hours boiling a can of sweetened condensed milk to become dulce de leche sauce, you can by it already prepared.

With this recipe the chocolate balls almost taste like the the ones you find in the cafes. If you prefer a more adult version you can add some whiskey or cognac. For children you can add some chocolate powder like o'boy.

A soft saffron cake with white chocolate topping. This cake is hard to resist so it is good to cut it in mall squares so you can take several pieces. It is a perfect winter dessert. It is a perfect ending of a party dinner as for example for the end of year parties.

This is a homemade German apple strudel with a crispy surface and soft apple filling on the inside. It is both quick and easy to do, when using an already prepared phyllo pastry. It can be eaten warm or cold, depending on your preference. It is traditionally served with some vanilla cream or vanilla sauce. The cake is not so photogenic but that is not the most important, the taste is great...
